Workshop Booking - Cancellation/Refund policy
A FULL REFUND ON ANY WORKSHOP WILL BE GIVEN IF SUE HAS TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON.
SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL, A REFUND LESS 50% OF THE WORKSHOP FEE WILL BE MADE, IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS OF THE WORKSHOP DATE.
IT IS REGRETTED THAT NO REFUND CAN BE MADE IN RESPECT OF BOOKINGS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT, UNLESS DUE TO ILLNESS WITH THE SUPPORT OF A DOCTOR’S LETTER. BOOKINGS MAY BE TRANSFERABLE BY ARRANGEMENT.
Class Booking - Refund
CLASSES ARE PAYABLE TERMLY IN ADVANCE. EXISTING STUDENTS WHO WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE FOLLOWING TERM, NEED TO CONFIRM BY THE LAST DAY OF THE CURRENT TERM THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ENROLLING ONTO THE NEXT TERM. MISSED CLASSES MAY BE MADE UP AT ANY OTHER CLASS WITHIN THE SAME TERM OR BY ARRANGEMENT. MISSED CLASSES MAY ALSO BE SWAPPED FOR WORKSHOP CREDITS. REFUNDS DUE TO ILLNESS OR IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE AT SUE'S DISCRETION. PART PAYMENT OF A TERM DUE TO HOLIDAYS OR SOCIAL OUTINGS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS DUE TO EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS WILL BE AT SUE'S DISCRETION.
Paintings, Prints, Cards or any other products
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. RETURN POSTAGE WILL BE FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THE PURCHASER
Painting Holidays and Breaks
A DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN TO SECURE INTEREST. SHOULD YOU WITHDRAW YOUR INTEREST WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FINAL DETAILS OF THE BREAK OR HOLIDAY BEING RELEASED A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
ONCE PAYMENT IN FULL OR PART FOR A BREAK OR HOLIDAY IS MADE, A REFUND WILL ONLY BE GIVEN ON PRESENTATION OF A DOCTORS NOTE. YOU ARE ADVISED TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER YOUR BREAK AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE YOUR BOOKING. SHOULD SUE HAVE PAID ANY UPFRONT FEES ON YOUR BEHALF, THESE WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
