Colour and Light. The theme for this painting holiday. How fortuitous to meet Sarah Gillard and meet her marvellous colour waves. 

Day Lilies, Norcott Hall and the ancient town of Bishops Castle. What more could you ask for as reference for an artists break.

Norcott Hall another sensory overload whether it was buildings old, cars old, ponds or flowers.  Landscape or Trees - you could take your pick.

The Castle Hotel, our home from home for 3 nights managed to keep all in check, fed and more than adequately watered in the heat.

How many of us have remembered the colour families, how many have been painting?  Getting away is so liberating, giving us a chance to paint, paint and paint.
